According to the announcement from MEICHEN SCI & TECH. (300237.SZ), the company has received a notice from the Shandong Securities Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "Shandong CSRC") regarding the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (No. \[2025\] 9) (referred to as the "Notice").
