EverProX shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.99%
EverProX announced that its shareholder EASTCOM plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.911 million shares (accounting for 1%) within 15 trading days after the announcement, subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting. Shareholder Ding Yong and his spouse plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 5.8 million shares (accounting for 1.99%)
According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EverProX (300548.SZ) announced that its shareholder Dongfang Tongxin Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongfang Tongxin"), which holds 1.97% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.911 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement. This reduction plan also requires approval from the shareholders' meeting of Dongfang Tongxin, and the implementation of the reduction plan remains uncertain.
Shareholder Ding Yong, who holds a total of 7.1361 million shares (accounting for 2.45% of the company's total share capital), and his spouse Jiang Rongzhi plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.8 million shares (accounting for 1.99% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the fifteenth trading day from the date of the announcement
