KSTAR announced that its controlling shareholder, Ningbo KSTAR Venture Capital Partnership, reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 5.8222 million shares through centralized bidding from August 29 to September 26, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. The reduction plan has been completed. After the reduction, the total shares held by the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties decreased from 357 million shares to 351 million shares, with the shareholding ratio dropping from 61.37% to 60.37%
