On September 28th, a representative from BEAR APPLIANCE responded to the recent explosion incident involving their health pot, stating that "an investigation is underway." On September 27th, a netizen from Jinan claimed that on the 20th of the month, their BEAR APPLIANCE glass health pot suddenly exploded, resulting in 40% burns on their one-year-old child. In response, BEAR APPLIANCE stated that after the incident, they arranged for dedicated personnel to visit the hospital to comfort the baby and family, and that someone has been communicating with the family at the hospital over the past few days to provide assistance as much as possible. BEAR APPLIANCE also mentioned that due to the inability to access the relevant products, they are currently unable to determine the cause of the accident, and will promptly inform the media and users once the investigation results are available
