# WATER INDUSTRY signed a memorandum of understanding for two potential acquisitions

> WATER INDUSTRY announced that it has entered into two non-binding memoranda of understanding with an independent third party, intending to acquire 100% equity of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone Shanxing Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership and to acquire 1% equity of Beijing Suishenbao Dian Information Technology, with the price subject to further negotiation among the parties

WATER INDUSTRY (01129.HK) announced that it has entered into two non-binding memoranda of understanding with an independent third party, intending to acquire all equity interests in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone Shanxing Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, as well as a 1% equity interest in Beijing Suishenbao Dian Information Technology, with the price subject to further negotiation among the parties
