Jinan SQ Group Co., Ltd. released a feasibility analysis report on the use of raised funds. The company plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 2.5 billion yuan, which will be used for the industrialization project of green new energy battery materials and to supplement working capital. The industrialization project of green new energy battery materials will be located in the Jinan Diao Town Chemical Industry Park, and upon completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of silicon-carbon anode materials and 15,000 tons of porous carbon
