# Emdoor Info plans to acquire Langguo Technology and become the controlling shareholder; trading will be suspended from September 29

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Emdoor Info (001314.SZ) announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire the controlling stakes in Guangzhou Langguo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Langguo Technology") and Shenzhen Chengwei Information Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengwei Information"), while also planning to raise supporting funds. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of September 29, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days
