# The actual controllers of YSU, He Guijing and He Junhua, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% in total

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YSU announced that the company's controlling shareholder, one of the actual controllers, and chairman He Guijing, as well as the company's controlling shareholder, one of the actual controllers, vice chairman, and vice general manager He Junhua, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 3,207,699 shares (not exceeding 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YSU (001268.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, one of the actual controllers, and chairman He Guijing, as well as the company's controlling shareholder, one of the actual controllers, vice chairman, and vice general manager He Junhua, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 3,207,699 shares (not exceeding 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading
