# COOLTECH POWER plans to sell its equity in ZHIGUANG Energy Storage to ZHIGUANG

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, COOLTECH POWER (300153.SZ) announced that the company holds 5.1799% of the equity in Guangzhou Zhiguang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhiguang Energy Storage"). After preliminary negotiations among the parties, ZHIGUANG intends to acquire all or part of the equity in Zhiguang Energy Storage held by the company through the issuance of shares and cash payment (if any). On September 26, 2025, the company signed the "Framework Agreement for Issuing Shares and Paying Cash to Purchase Assets" with ZHIGUANG and Zhiguang Energy Storage. As of the date of this announcement, the transaction is in the planning stage
