SINOSYNERGY (09663.HK) announced that the company has applied to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for approval to list and trade 41.3 million H shares, which is the maximum number of domestic shares to be converted and listed. The Stock Exchange has granted listing approval.

The conversion and listing will involve a total of 12 participating shareholders, holding a total of 41.3 million domestic shares, accounting for approximately 7.97% of the company's total issued shares
