# QUAM PLUS FIN announced a special dividend of 1.2 cents per share

> QUAM PLUS FIN announced that the board of directors, after considering the financial and cash flow situation and in appreciation of shareholder support, has approved the declaration and payment of a special dividend of 1.2 Hong Kong cents per share of the company's ordinary shares, expected to be paid on or around October 31 to shareholders listed on the company's register as of the close of business on October 16. Based on the current total number of shares issued by the company, the total amount of the special dividend will be approximately HKD 74 million

QUAM PLUS FIN (00952.HK) announced that the board of directors, after considering the financial and cash flow situation and in appreciation of shareholder support, has approved the declaration and payment of a special dividend of HKD 0.012 per share of the company's ordinary shares, expected to be paid on or around October 31 to shareholders listed on the company's register as of the close of business on October 16.

According to the total number of shares currently issued by the company, the total amount of the special dividend will be approximately HKD 74 million
