# Zhejiang Supor to Buy Kitchen Utensil Maker for 387 Million Yuan

(MT Newswires) -- Zhejiang Supor (SHE:002032) plans to acquire 75% of kitchen utensils and cookware maker Wuhan Supor Cookware for 386.8 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Saturday.

Chinese cookware and small appliances company's shares slipped less than 1% during Monday's trade.

The stake will be bought from its subsidiary, Wuhan Supor Pressure Cooker.
