# BAOSTEEL PACKAGING: The third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 will be held on October 16

Shanghai Baosteel Packaging Co., Ltd. announced the notice for the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. The meeting will be held on October 16 at 1:30 PM in the conference room of Building 4, No. 333 Tongji Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, and will also utilize the Shanghai Stock Exchange's online voting system. The agenda includes the renewal of the "Financial Services Agreement" with Baowu Group Finance Co., Ltd. and related transactions, as well as the shareholder return plan for the next three years. The equity registration date is October 10, and shareholders can vote either in person or online. The company will entrust Shanghai Stock Exchange Information to remind shareholders to attend and vote. Shareholders and proxies must register in writing by 4:30 PM on October 13, and the meeting is expected to last half a day, with accommodation and transportation costs to be borne by themselves
