YABAO PHARM.CORP announced that its controlling shareholder, YABAO Investment, completed the early repurchase procedures for a pledged repurchase transaction of 13,650,000 unrestricted circulating shares on September 26, and the corresponding share pledge has been lifted. As of the announcement date, YABAO Investment holds 94,300,000 shares of the company, accounting for 13.47% of the total share capital; after this pledge release, the total pledged shares amount to 24,950,000, accounting for 26.46% of its total shares held and 3.56% of the company's total share capital. YABAO Investment and its concerted parties collectively hold 97,300,000 shares, accounting for 13.90%, with a total pledge of 24,950,000 shares. The company will closely monitor the pledge matters and disclose information in a timely manner
