The pledgee is Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd., and the financing is for its own operations. After this pledge, Xianyang Jin Kong has cumulatively pledged 796,717,584 shares, accounting for 71.60% of its holdings; Xianyang Jin Kong and its concerted parties have cumulatively pledged 883,717,584 shares, accounting for 72.34% of their holdings. Xianyang Jin Kong and its concerted parties have 120 million shares of pledged stock maturing within the next year, corresponding to a financing amount of 400 million yuan, and they have the financial capacity to repay, with controllable pledge risk
