LTD., without any counter-guarantee. This guarantee is within the authorization scope of the company's 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders and does not require further review. As of the announcement date, the total amount of guarantees approved by the company and its subsidiaries is 1.2 billion yuan, accounting for 27.76% of the latest audited net assets attributable to the shareholders of the listed company; the total amount of guarantees signed and still in effect is 643 million yuan, accounting for 14.88%, all of which are guarantees for wholly-owned subsidiaries within the consolidated financial statements, with no overdue guarantees.
