HYP-ARCH provides guarantees for 8 million financing for its subsidiary, no further review required within the guarantee limit

Shanghai HYP-ARCH Architectural Design Co., Ltd. announced the progress of guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary. Previously, the company's shareholders' meeting approved a guarantee limit of no more than 1 billion yuan for the subsidiary in 2025. Recently, the subsidiary Meishan Puli Chuangyi New Energy Co., Ltd. engaged in a direct lease financing lease business of 8 million yuan with Suzhou Financial Leasing for a term of 84 months. The company provided an irrevocable joint liability guarantee, and another subsidiary Deyang HYP-ARCH pledged its 100% equity in Meishan Puli as collateral. This guarantee is within the approved limit and does not require further review. As of the announcement date, the company and its subsidiaries have an actual guarantee balance of 101.51 million yuan within the approved guarantee limit, accounting for 23.53% of the audited consolidated net assets for 2024, with no overdue or abnormal guarantee situations
