# ZGCMC: Appointed Liu Yang as the company's board secretary

On September 29th, ZGCMC announced that the company held the 27th meeting of the fifth board of directors on the same day, during which it reviewed and approved the proposal on the appointment of the company's board secretary. Upon nomination by the company's chairman and review by the board nomination committee, the board agreed to appoint Liu Yang as the company's board secretary, with a term starting from the date of the board's approval until the expiration of the fifth board's term
