# CCHT submits H-share listing application

China's leading innovation-driven pharmaceutical group CCHT (000661.SZ) announced today (29th) that it has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance of overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The relevant application materials for this issuance and listing have been prepared and published by the company in accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and are in draft form. According to the preliminary prospectus, CCHT's exclusive sponsor is CITIC Securities International. The net proceeds from the listing are intended to be used for clinical trials of innovative pipelines, advancing the development of preclinical projects and related regulatory affairs; potential global collaborations and co-development; expanding clinical and commercialization teams in overseas markets; enhancing sales and marketing capabilities; working capital and other general corporate purposes.

The company's revenue for the first half of this year reached RMB 6.603 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 0.5%, with net profit falling 42.8% to RMB 980 million.

CCHT's business covers therapeutic biological agents, chemical drugs, vaccines, and traditional Chinese medicine, encompassing all major drug registration types in China.

According to Frost & Sullivan, CCHT is one of the few pharmaceutical companies in the country that has achieved full industry chain capabilities in research and development, production, and commercialization for the above drug types. The company's pharmaceutical product sales revenue reached RMB 12.7 billion last year, achieving over RMB 10 billion for four consecutive years. Since 2017, the company has been listed among the "Top 100 Pharmaceutical Enterprises in China" for eight consecutive years
