Wujin Stainless announced that director and deputy general manager Zhou Zhibin, board secretary and deputy general manager Liu Yiming, and director and deputy general manager Wu Fangmin plan to reduce their holdings due to personal funding needs. From November 3, 2025, to January 30, 2026, they intend to sell no more than 157,500 shares, 345,100 shares, and 120,800 shares, respectively, through centralized bidding and block trading, totaling no more than 623,400 shares, accounting for 0.11% of the company's total share capital
