# Jingwei Hirain: Shareholders holding more than 5% and supervisors plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 600,000 shares

Recently, Beijing Jingwei Hirain Technology Co., Ltd. announced that shareholder and supervisor Cui Wenge, who holds more than 5% of the shares, intends to reduce his holdings. As of the announcement date, Cui Wenge directly holds 12,627,502 shares of the company, accounting for 10.53%, all of which were acquired before the IPO. Due to personal funding needs, Cui Wenge plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 600,000 shares through block trading within three months after the announcement date, which does not exceed 0.5002% of the company's current total shares.
