# Winnovation Culturaltainment's subsidiary plans to participate in the investment to establish the Xiaoshan Fund

According to the announcement from Yingxin Development (000620.SZ), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Yunhe Changji Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yunhe Changji"), as a limited partner, intends to jointly sign the "Partnership Agreement of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Guosheng Youtian Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with the general partner Beijing Youtian Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Youtian Fund") and other limited partners. Yunhe Changji and the general partner along with other limited partners will jointly invest to establish the Hangzhou Xiaoshan Guosheng Youtian Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xiaoshan Fund"). The total subscribed capital contribution from all partners of the partnership is RMB 200 million, and Yunhe Changji intends to contribute RMB 19 million from its own funds, accounting for 9.5%
