# ASIET plans to list and transfer 100% equity of its subsidiary Hangzhou XuanYu

According to the announcement from Aito (300455.SZ), in order to optimize the company's resource allocation and further improve the overall operating conditions, the company plans to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou XuanYu through public listing at the Beijing Property Exchange, based on the asset appraisal value for the transfer price
