According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, LSHEC (603169.SH) has released a notice stating that recently, the Gansu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Gansu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Gansu Provincial Department of Finance, and the Gansu Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation issued the "Notice on the Announcement of the List of Enterprise Technology Centers in Gansu Province for 2025 and the List of Revoked and Renamed Enterprise Technology Centers" (Gansu Gongxin Fa \[2025\] No. 209). The company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lanzhou Lansi Heat Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd., have been recognized as "Gansu Provincial Enterprise Technology Centers."
