# New Vision: Kehong Chip plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of its shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, New Vision (688593.SH) stated that Kehong Chip intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through a centralized bidding method based on its own funding needs, with the number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 4.595294 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price at the time of the reduction
