# ZDDC plans to invest 100 million yuan to participate in the establishment of Wangchen Fund

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZDDC (600633.SH) announced that in order to actively promote the company's innovative exploration of a new path for the integration of "culture + technology," it will focus on investment layout in innovative tracks, concentrating on areas such as "culture + technology." On September 29, 2025, the company signed a "Partnership Agreement" with ZHEJIANG PUBLISHING & MEDIA and Xinglu Investment, and the company will participate as a limited partner in the establishment of Zhejiang Wangchen Smart Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to final approval by the business registration authority, referred to as "Wangchen Fund"). The total subscribed capital contribution for this fund is 201 million yuan, and the company plans to subscribe for 100 million yuan, accounting for 49.75% of the total subscribed capital contribution of the fund
