\*ST YATAI announced that the company's director and vice chairman Jia Mingqi and director Zhao Yong have resigned for personal reasons, with the resignation taking effect from the date the resignation letter is delivered to the board of directors. After their resignation, the two will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
