# FSQUALITY will redeem the "FS Convertible Bonds" in advance, and the sponsoring institution has no objections after verification

Guolian Minsheng Securities conducted a review of FSQUALITY's early redemption of "FS Convertible Bonds." The "FS Convertible Bonds" were issued and listed in August 2023, with an initial conversion price of 41.77 yuan/share. After multiple adjustments, the latest conversion price as of the announcement date is 29.57 yuan/share. Due to the company's stock price closing at or above 130% of the current conversion price for 15 trading days from August 29 to September 29, 2025, the conditional redemption clause was triggered. The company's board of directors decided to redeem all unconverted "FS Convertible Bonds" at a redemption price of 100.19 yuan per bond, with the redemption registration date set for November 3, 2025. The sponsoring institution believes that the early redemption matter has undergone the necessary approval procedures and complies with relevant regulations and agreements, and has no objections to this
