# Yongfu provided a guarantee of 10 million for its holding subsidiary, with a remaining quota of 8 million

On April 25, 2025, the board of directors and the supervisory board of Yongfu approved a proposal to provide a guarantee of up to 18 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Yongfu Operation and Maintenance, which was reviewed and approved by the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting. Recently, due to the production and operational needs of Yongfu Operation and Maintenance, Yongfu signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with Industrial Bank to provide a joint liability guarantee of 10 million yuan, with the guarantee period lasting three years from the expiration of the debt performance period. After this guarantee takes effect, the remaining guarantee amount is 8 million yuan. Yongfu Operation and Maintenance has good credit, and its other two shareholders have provided counter-guarantees by pledging equity and derived rights. As of the announcement date, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company is 246,513.63 million yuan, with a total balance of 45,225.04 million yuan, and there are no overdue situations
