Dynanonic announced that its controlling subsidiary, Defang Chuangyu, has introduced a strategic investor, Shenzhen New Energy Storage Industry Collaborative Equity Fund Partnership, through a capital increase and share expansion. The amount of the capital increase is 30 million yuan, subscribing to the newly increased registered capital of 1.30670740 million yuan, and obtaining 1.347381% equity after the transaction is completed. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Defang Chuangyu will increase to 969.8128585 million yuan
