# NOBLELIFT provides a guarantee limit of 200 million yuan for its subsidiary NOBLELIFT Sales

On September 29, 2025, NOBLELIFT Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. announced the progress of providing a guarantee limit for its subsidiary NOBLELIFT Sales. Previously, the company's shareholders' meeting had approved a total guarantee limit of 530 million yuan for its holding subsidiary, of which the guarantee limit for NOBLELIFT Sales is 500 million yuan. On September 28, NOBLELIFT Sales signed a 200 million yuan credit agreement with the Huzhou Changxing Branch of China Merchants Bank, and the company issued an "Irrevocable Maximum Guarantee Letter" to the bank, guaranteeing the relevant loans and expenses. NOBLELIFT Sales is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, with a revenue of 319 million yuan and a net loss of 6.72 million yuan from January to June 2025. As of the announcement date, the company had external guarantees of 22.51 million yuan and a total guarantee amount of 200 million yuan for its subsidiaries, with no overdue guarantees
