# FENGYUAN's subsidiary plans to acquire 3.32% equity from minority shareholders of its controlling subsidiary Anhui FENGYUAN

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FENGYUAN (002805.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong FENGYUAN Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FENGYUAN Lithium Energy") has signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Anhui Jintong New Energy Vehicle Phase II Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Anhui Jintong"). Anhui Jintong will transfer its 3.32% equity in Anhui FENGYUAN Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anhui FENGYUAN" or "Target Company") to FENGYUAN Lithium Energy for RMB 30 million. After the completion of this transaction, FENGYUAN Lithium Energy's equity stake in Anhui FENGYUAN will change to 74.76%
