# CHINA MOTOR BUS released its annual performance report, with a post-tax loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 185 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 29.64%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINA MOTOR BUS (00026) announced its full-year results for the year ending June 30, 2025, with a revenue of HKD 53.063 million, a year-on-year decrease of 23.71%; the loss attributable to shareholders after tax was HKD 185 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 29.64%; the basic loss per share was HKD 4.08; it proposed a final dividend of HKD 0.1 per share and a special dividend of HKD 1.7 per share.

The announcement stated that the narrowing of the loss attributable to shareholders was mainly benefited from the profit of HKD 109 million from the sale of an investment property in the middle of the year
