The completion of the subscription agreement has been implemented on September 29, 2025, and the outstanding principal amount of HKD 980,000,000 of the 2018 convertible bonds has been fully redeemed, while convertible bonds with a total principal amount of HKD 980,000,000 have been issued to the subscriber on September 29, 2025
