# SITOY GROUP announced its annual performance, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 178 million, turning from profit to loss year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SITOY GROUP (01023) announced its annual results for the year ending June 30, 2025, achieving revenue of HKD 1.584 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.38%. The loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 178 million, compared to a profit of HKD 102 million in the same period last year, with a basic loss per share of HKD 0.185. The special dividend for the year is HKD 0.04 per share.

The group's loss for the year was mainly due to a significant decrease of approximately HKD 109 million in the fair value of investment properties recognized; and a one-time substantial loss of approximately HKD 83.6 million incurred from the termination of the Cole Haan business
