CBG announced that Chengxing Investment will increase its holdings by 65.8231 million shares through centralized bidding from March 1, 2023, to September 29, 2025, accounting for 2.5521% of the company's total share capital; after the increase, it, along with its concerted party Kunpeng New Industry, will hold a total of 515 million shares, accounting for 19.9492%. Chengxing Investment and its concerted parties plan to increase their holdings by no less than 1 million shares within 6 months from the date of the announcement
