# WEIGANG plans to invest 11 million yuan to subscribe for shares in the Qongqing City Zhuoguan Fund

According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, WEIGANG (001256.SZ) has released a statement that, in accordance with the company's strategic planning needs, in order to further expand the company's business areas, better leverage the professional capabilities and resource advantages of professional institutions, integrate various resources, obtain long-term investment returns, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness, the company plans to cooperate with the professional investment institution Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zongheng Jinding," fund manager, general partner, and executive partner) and other limited partners to jointly invest in Qiongqing City Zhuoguan. Qiongqing City Zhuoguan plans to raise a total scale of RMB 55.1 million, of which the company intends to participate as a limited partner with its own funds of RMB 11 million to subscribe for the fund shares of Qiongqing City Zhuoguan
