# SUPLET plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan not exceeding 7.05 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUPLET (300593.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, which proposes to grant no more than 7.05 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 1.30% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the draft plan. Among them, 6.05 million shares will be granted in the initial grant, with 1 million shares reserved for future grants. The total number of incentive recipients for the initial grant of this incentive plan is 283, and the grant price for the restricted shares (including reserved grants) is set at 9.15 yuan per share
