VanJee: Plans to establish a joint venture company with SANGFOR Investment, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan

VanJee announced that the company will hold the 16th meeting of the fifth board of directors on September 29, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for external investment to establish a joint venture in Shanghai. The company plans to jointly establish Shanghai YunYue WuJie Technology Co., Ltd. with SANGFOR Investment, HuiYun HeRong, and RuiZhi Investment, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. SANGFOR Investment will contribute 4 million yuan in cash, accounting for 40% of the shares; VanJee will contribute 3 million yuan in cash, accounting for 30% of the shares; HuiYun HeRong will contribute 2 million yuan in cash, accounting for 20% of the shares; RuiZhi Investment will contribute 1 million yuan in cash, accounting for 10% of the shares
