# BHAS: The shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder will increase to 54.98%

BHAS announced that the company plans to acquire 51% of the equity of Beijing Beiqi Moulding Technology Co., Ltd., 51% of the equity of Haina Chuan Andautuo Seating Co., Ltd., 100% of the equity of Yingnafa Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd., and 50% of the equity of Langfang Laini Wiring System Co., Ltd. from its controlling shareholder, Beijing Haina Chuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., through the issuance of shares and cash payment. After this equity change, Haina Chuan and its indirect controlling shareholder, Beiqi Group, will collectively hold 1.1 billion shares, accounting for 67.68% of the company's total share capital. This transaction will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
