# EMTEK: The company and related parties jointly invested to establish a subsidiary

EMTEK announced that the company will hold a general manager office meeting on July 15, 2025, to agree to jointly invest with Mr. Chen Kegan and Mr. Lv Jiezhong to establish a holding subsidiary, Shanghai Wanwu Chain Quality Trust Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of Wanwu Chain Quality Trust is 10 million yuan, with the company subscribing to 5.1 million yuan, accounting for 51%; Mr. Chen Kegan subscribing to 2.45 million yuan, accounting for 24.50%; and Mr. Lv Jiezhong subscribing to 2.45 million yuan, accounting for 24.50%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not meet the standards for a major asset restructuring. On September 29, 2025, the company held the tenth meeting of the fifth board of directors and reviewed and approved this matter
