# Dowstone: The shareholding ratio of controlling shareholder Rong Jihua has decreased to 15%

Dowstone announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Rong Jihua, reduced his shareholding from 15.77% to 15.00%, with the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 5%. This change was due to Mr. Rong Jihua reducing his holdings by 6.055 million shares through a centralized bidding method. After the change, Mr. Rong Jihua still holds 117 million shares of the company, accounting for 15.00% of the company's total share capital, and remains the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company. This equity change does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer, will not lead to a change in the company's control, and will not affect the company's ongoing operations
