# SEMIR: A cash dividend of 1.5 yuan for every 10 shares

SEMIR announced that the company's 2025 semi-annual profit distribution plan is as follows: based on the existing total share capital of 2.694 billion shares, a cash dividend of RMB 1.5 will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The equity registration date is October 14, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 15, 2025. The recipients of the dividend will be all shareholders registered with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch after the market closes on October 14, 2025. The method of dividend distribution is that the cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be directly credited to their fund accounts through the securities companies that manage their shares on October 15, 2025
