# RUICHANG INTL: Zou Xinglong appointed as the company secretary

According to the announcement from Ruichang International Holdings (01334), Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) representative for accepting service of legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) in Hong Kong, effective September 29, 2025.

Following Mr. Li's resignation as company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, Mr. Zou Xinglong has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective September 29, 2025
