This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, with a transaction amount of 152 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Shanghai Ligetai and its subsidiaries. This transaction is expected to increase the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company by 69.931 million yuan
