SUNHERE announced that after the death of the company's former controlling shareholder and actual controller, Yin Zhenglong, his wife Wu Changhong and daughter Yin Zhiya inherited the company's shares. After this equity change, Wu Changhong will directly hold 20.172% of SUNHERE's shares, while Yin Zhiya will directly hold 6.724% of the shares. At the same time, Wu Changhong and Yin Zhiya signed a "Voting Rights Entrustment Agreement," in which Yin Zhiya entrusts all identity rights of the shares she holds in SUNHERE, including the rights to attend meetings, nominate, propose, and vote, to Wu Changhong for exercise.
