According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ER-KANG (300267.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Shuai Fangwen plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 42 million shares, or no more than 2.04% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from October 29, 2025, to January 28, 2026)
