According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YKS (300209.SZ) announced that its shareholders Xiao Siqing and Wang Wei, along with Shenzhen Tianxingyun Supply Chain Co., Ltd., recently received a "Notice of Case Filing" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC"). Due to suspected violations such as failing to disclose other significant information as required, the CSRC has decided to file a case against Xiao Siqing, Wang Wei, and Shenzhen Tianxingyun Supply Chain Co., Ltd
