According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WOLONG ELECTRIC (600580.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 5.1482 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 0.33% of the company's total share capital on the date of the announcement of this incentive plan draft. Among them, 4.62 million restricted shares will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 156 recipients, and the grant price is set at 24.11 yuan per share
