According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hailir (603639.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 12.5 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 3.68% of the company's total equity on the date of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 11.5 million restricted stocks will be granted in the first grant, with a total of 618 incentive recipients, and the grant price is set at 7.28 yuan per share
